At Pearl Splendor, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your eyewear purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below for information on how to return your items and request a refund.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return your purchase for a refund or exchange if:
- The item is unused and in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- You return the item within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The item is not a final sale or customized product.
Please note that opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return

Return Authorization:
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please include the RMA number on your return package. -
Ship the Item:
Package the item securely with all original packaging. Return the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note the following:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to be processed, depending on your payment provider. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at info@pearlsplendor.com to discuss your options. Once we approve your exchange, we will guide you through the process.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@pearlsplendor.com or call 949-720-8820 within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or send you a replacement item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Final sale items (as noted on product pages)
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (such as a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
